关于端口堵塞解决办法：
前提要有个外网IP，如果没有就给运营商打电话，告诉他你要个外网IP，要不然不能下载。
使用下面解决办法的时候，要先关闭系统防火墙（不想关闭，可以在防火墙添加允许程序）
解决办法1：去路由器设置界面，打开upnp
解决办法2：去路由器设置界面，设置端口转发，TCP和UDP，端口22223，指向本机IP
解决办法3：去路由器设置界面，设置DMZ主机为本机IP（不推荐）
